Shield 2024: An IAM and Cybersecurity Seminar New Zealand

ManageEngine has recently provided updated pricing with the following key changes:

  1. Server Pricing added in Endpoint Central
  2. Anti-Ransomware Add-on added in Both On-Premise and Cloud versions of Endpoint Central
  3. SDP cloud pricing increase (now 30% higher than the SDP On-premise pricing)
  4. AD Backup and Recovery Add-on added in ADAudit Plus
  5. New product Digital Risk Analyzer added

Surya is now a Customer Success Manager


Surya Vasudevan has stepped into a new role as ManageEngine Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Bluechip Infotech New Zealand. This new role has been created to help ensure customers achieve their goals using ManageEngine products. In this role, Surya will work closely with existing customers to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and ensure a positive overall experience with the ManageEngine solutions. As CSM, he acts as a trusted advisor and provides consultative expertise in helping customers realise the total value of their investment in ManageEngine products. Surya steps into this role having spent the past 18 months with us, initially as a Solutions Engineer and for the past 12 months as our ManageEngine Product Specialist.
