Save the Dates – 3CX Training in Auckland 7th & 8th November

Our popular two-day training events for 3CX will be happening again on the 7th and 8th of November in Auckland. We’ll be covering 3CX’s new version 15, with Basic, Intermediate and Advanced concepts being covered. Watch out for our official invite to this training in the next week or so.

3CX for Linux (Beta) Now Available

3CX have released a Beta for Linux (Debian) for 3CX Phone System. Once in full release, the feature set will be identical between the Windows and Linux versions. You can download the beta and read more about this development at: http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/linux-pbx-beta/

Free PBX Edition to Full Edition licenses

We now have specific part numbers in the 3CX Price Book for those resellers who are upgrading customers from their “Free PBX Edition” to a full commercial edition of 3CX. The costs are the same as purchasing a new perpetual license of 3CX, but the upgrade allows the existing customer’s serial number to be upgraded to a commercial edition. This means that the internal setup for the customer including FQDN doesn’t need to be changed at all, and therefore doesn’t require a re-installation of the phone system

3CX NFR License and Support Changes

As of 1st October 2016, no more NFR activations are possible on V14. Furthermore any NFR licenses that are not upgraded to v15 by the 1st of November will be revoked. Also v12.5 is end of life from the 1st of January 2017 and will no longer be supported. The v12.5 iOS and Android apps were removed from the App Store and Google Play on the 1st of October 2016.
