We are pleased to advise that 3CX’s Global Trainer, Nicholas Paras, will be in Auckland this February to conduct 3CX Intermediate and Advanced training sessions. In person training has great benefits for the attendees – the opportunity to be able to ask the Global Trainer those burning questions. Maybe it’s time to upskill!
The sessions cover and enable partners to:
- Handle larger and more complex 3CX deployments
- Deploy more profitable installs – knowledge saves time and money
- Gain greater customer confidence – customers like to know that your staff hold a certification showing their competence
- A step towards increasing your 3CX partner level – certifications are a key component of the Partner Programme
It is a requirement that all attendees hold the Basic Certification before attending the training sessions. If you don’t yet hold your Basic Certification, head to 3CX’s Academy Training section on their website here and get started today. The training sessions are split with Intermediate on day 1 and Advanced on day 2. The expectation is that exams will be sat at the completion of each day. Don’t worry, exams are open book.
