Meet Tyron, Product Manager for Sophos
Tyron is a Soft Solutions veteran who is returning for the third time. Tyron originally joined us on the Inside Sales team before moving on to develop his career, rejoining us a few years later as the N-able Product Specialist. Sophos MDR for Microsoft Defender
Microsoft Defender plays a core role in many organisations’ endpoint protection strategy, and now that strength has been improved with the addition of Sophos MDR support for Microsoft Defender. Now the features of Defender can be augmented with the world leading 24/7 human-led threat detection that Sophos provides to ensure constant threat detection and remediation and, most importantly, peace of mind. Sophos Business Systems Transformation
Sophos will be modernizing their entire business operations to ensure that they have best-in-class systems and processes to support the Sophos partners continued growth, improve their go-to-market approach and set Sophos up to better support SaaS business models.
This process will commence on the 1st of October 2023. The Sophos Partner Portal will also be undergoing maintenance at the same time lasting approximately 2 weeks. Changes to License Term Activation Policy
From the 1st of October 2023 Sophos will be changing their license terms activation policy for any new or un-activated licenses.
Currently licenses terms start on the date that the license is activated. Form the 1st of October onward the term for all new licenses will start on the date that the license order is processed by Sophos, regardless on the date of activation.
The exception to this term will be form any new hardware orders. As it takes time for hardware to be delivered and installed, licenses purchased with new hardware are eligible for an additional 3 months on top of the purchase license term. Details of the changes can be found here.
NFR’s available for all Sophos Partners
