Grandstream’s Android Phones Win with Price & Functionality

 

Grandstream continues to innovate with two new Android phone models, and feedback from some of our resellers so far have included “Very cost effective and works with Lync well” and “The HDMI output allows me to conference easily!” The Grandstream GXV3240 includes integrated Bluetooth, Gigabit ports, a built-in web browser, integrated WiFi, a 4.3 inch touch screen, HD audio, HDMI, USB and SD Card slots and PoE. The GXV3275 includes the same features but has a 7” touch screen with a handset – so all operations are delivered on the screen itself. 3CX Cloud Server v12 Released – Supports up to 50 customers on One Server

 

3CX Cloud Server is a separate edition of 3CX Phone System that allows you to host up to 50 separate 3CX Phone System instances on one Windows Server machine. Each instance is entirely separate from the other. Because it runs on Windows Server 2012 and uses 3CX Phone System, you can leverage your existing windows knowledge without having to learn a new operating system or complex software platform to offer a hosted / virtual PBX. Connect each instance to its own dedicated SIP trunk or Gateway port and keep call billing perfectly separated for each customer. 3CX are running a series of web meetings this week to provide free training and also to introduce partners to the 3CX WebMeeting technology. Topics include Introduction to 3CX Phone System, Upgrading and Re-installing, Inbound and Outbound Rules, Firewall and Port Forwarding, Forwarding Rules, Phone Provisioning, 3CX WebMeeting and the 3CXPhone Client. 3CX Releases Updated Hotel Module

 

3CX released a major update to their Hotel Module last week. The major change is an improvement on the Wake up call feature, with the solution now alerting a receptionist if a wake-up call is not answered, and improved logging features. Read more about the update now.

 

Grandstream Updates 3CX Templates

 

Grandstream have recently released updated provisioning templates for their current phones and gateways – including the new GXV3240 and GXV3275 phones – so they can be used with 3CX version 12. These templates are available from Grandstream’s ResellerConnect portal. Click here to access the portal and select Asia Pacific as your region, and then select Sign Up. Note that you must mention Soft Solutions as your distributor for your application to be approved. The portal also gives you access to the latest marketing information from Grandstream, and access to reseller tech support. However, if you need a copy of the latest templates, please let us know and we will be happy to send you the latest version.
