Cove’s Backup Standby Image to Microsoft Azure

N-able recently announced the expanding of their disaster recovery capabilities to include a smarter approach to DRaaS: Cove + Microsoft Azure. This week, a stand-by image of Azure is generally available. This is a new recovery target option for the Cove Continuity feature.

For one price, you can choose fully hosted automated recovery testing or standby image to the location of your choice – at a remote location, at a central data centre, or now, in Microsoft Azure. Cove’s proactive Continuity features offer a smarter way to respond to a full device outage without an expensive proprietary appliance. Read more here.

 

MSP Manager Chat Transcript in Tickets

Here’s a few sharing a few recent updates to MSP Manager – Chat Transcript in Tickets and a couple of Customer Portal enhancements.

For a chat session initiated directly from a ticket, the transcript of the chat session is available in a new tab in the right context menu. Note that this is only available in our new ticket editor currently in Preview. If you would like to take advantage of this new feature, please contact amanda.phillips@n-able.com. Passportal Release – SSO Migration Path

New feature – SSO Migration Path

N-able is excited to announce the ability of existing Passportal organizations to migrate to N-able SSO. If you do not have an existing SSO account you will be prompted to register for one if your org chooses to migrate. If you have an existing SSO account, if your org chooses to migrate, you will be able to log in with your existing N-able SSO information. For more information, click here.

 

Passportal Management Update

New changes are being implemented to Passportal to enhance the user management experience. These changes will be made available to all Passportal users. Documentation Manager and Site to be added to Passportal Suite. All clients will now be able to experience the many benefits of Documentation Manager and Site:

Your clients will now have the ability to add users to products above their subscription limit. Upon enabling this new feature, your clients will also be given a grace period of one billing cycle, before any overage is billed.

This grace period will allow your clients sufficient time to acclimate to the new feature and make any necessary adjustments to their subscription plan to accommodate their increasing user requirements.

 

N-able Roundtable: Implementing Advanced and Efficient Cybersecurity

We hosted a round table event with N-able and discussed “How MSPs can deliver advanced cybersecurity while maintaining compliance, profitability, and operational efficiency.” The event included networking and lunch with a focusing on EDR and was held in partnership with N-able and SentinelOne.
