3 tools in 1: N-able N-sight RMM

N-able RMM, Take Control and MSP Manager have combined. N-able N-sight helps eliminate repetitive tasks and manage information better. The platform lets you operate more efficiently, to deliver end-to-end customer service. From quick fixes via remote access sessions, to delivering advanced monitoring / device management, to streamlined ticketing / reporting / billing.

It’s a purpose-built platform for hard-working technology professionals. N-sight delivers superior functionality and scalability for MSPs that need to monitor more, automate more, and earn more. MSPs can deliver world-class automation and value to their business and clients, through its innovative engineering teams, secure-by-design approach and support resources.

All N-able RMM customers now see all three tools in their navigation bar. Partners that have RMM, Take Control and MSP Manager will have the full N-sight solution and see improvements in the product experience. This includes an easier-to-navigate product bar and easy access to TC Fast Assist. If you don’t have Take Control or MSP Manager, start a free trial by clicking on the N-sight tool in the product bar.

N-able is committed to making N-sight the most complete and robust solution. This product’s evolution will not impact existing billing, unless you decide to add on additional features following the lapse of your free trial.

Our newest team members

Please help us welcome 3 staff members, who will manage N-able’s solutions going forward. Mark Domingo is the new product manager for N-able. He liaises with them to share the latest updates / features. Jessa Mahusay is our new sales engineer and will happily take you through product demos, demonstrating what the solutions are capable of. Anisha Mohammed is our new Technical Specialist who will help resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Do reach out and say “hi”. The two previous product managers, Arsh and Rainesh, are still on the team in management roles so our depth of knowledge goes from strength to strength!

Cove Data Protection – new dashboard

You can now participate in the beta test of a newly redesigned main dashboard. This early access is only available to Cove users (previously known as standalone Backup). An “on-off” switch at the top of the current screen allows resellers who wish to try it, to toggle between the current dashboard, and a preview of the new one. Those who choose the beta can change back to the classic view at any time. More information on the changes is available here.
