We’re pleased to let you know that a series of important security enhancements will be implemented on Wednesday 3rd September 2025, on our Bluechip Reseller Portal.
What’s Changing?
While many of the security enhancements are behind the scenes, one noticeable improvement is the introduction of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). As part of the process, there is an added option for a 30-day verification for your device. Streamlining future logins without compromising data security.
For security reasons, it is preferable for each user to use their own business email. If you need to share a login between multiple team members (for example, if you track orders from a shared mailbox or ticket system), ensure each person can access the shared mailbox / ticket system to obtain the 2FA code. To get new logins set up, please email sales@bluechipit.co.nz with the email addresses and usernames you would like to get set up.
