Arcserve SaaS Backup update
File Backup & Recovery Analyzer EOL update
Arcserve File Backup and Recovery with Backup Analyzer (formerly known as StorageCraft File Backup and Recovery with Backup Analyzer) is entering End-of-life on October 1, 2023.
As per Arcserve’s technical support policy, all services, including technical support for this product, will be terminated after December 31, 2023.
We encourage you to migrate to Arcserve Cloud Direct, a compelling solution to support your data protection needs.
Arcserve Cloud Direct offers a number of advantages over Arcserve File Backup and Recovery with Backup Analyzer, including:
- Direct backup to the Arcserve Cloud
- Backup and recovery via a cloud-based management console (One System)
- Scalable, policy-based data protection
- Multitenancy with role-based access controls
- Advanced reporting capabilities
- Access to 150 GB of pooled data (up from 100 GB)
- More affordable pricing (Cloud Direct is $7.45 per month, while Arcserve File Backup and Recovery with Backup Analyzer is $8.03 per month)
We understand that not all businesses require the same solution. We encourage you to reach out to us about other data protection options that align with your requirements.
Notes:
- Arcserve currently does not provide migration services to Arcserve Cloud Direct or other products.
- We urge you to take the necessary steps to safeguard your data and retrieve all pertinent information related to this product before 31st December 2023.
- Arcserve will not offer download or retrieval services beyond 31st December 2023.
