ManageEngine have announced the launch of the cloud version of Analytics Plus along with new and improved features.
Besides the existing on-premises or private cloud deployment, users can also deploy Analytics Plus on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Features like operational insights using context-aware AI, Zia, Analytics Plus’ built-in augmented analytics assistant. It can now provide contextual insights into everyday IT problems and recommend solutions.
Zia can also establish correlations between network and application alarm data, and triage events for faster remediation and restoration of IT services.
Analytics now integrates with over 35 IT monitoring, help desk management, and incident management applications.
Such as ServiceNow, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zenos, AppDynamics, DataDog, OpenNMS, Opsview, Jira, Splunk, Pulseway, Microsoft Application Insights, and more.
It comes with integrations for more than 40 business apps, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Stripe, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, Xero, QuickBooks, Salesforce CRM, and LinkedIn.
