Adding and Managing Lite Devices
Deploying Lite devices is simple:
1. Head to Settings → Discovery → Add Device
2. Enter the IP address and credentials (or bulk-add using Network Discovery)
3. Select Monitor only availability (Lite Device)
4. Once discovered, find them in Inventory → Lite Devices
From there, you can manage them like any other device, customise dashboards, generate reports and stay on top of availability.
Flexibility When You Need More?
Sometimes, what starts as a Lite device may later need advanced monitoring. With a click, you can:
Upgrade to full monitoring. (OR)
Downgrade a licensed device to Lite when availability checks are enough, instantly freeing up valuable full licenses.
