3. When registering for your ticket, please use your work email address. Once submitted, our team will review and approve your ticket if you qualify. You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket is approved.

4. Parking: There is a large car park opposite the hotel, which is the most convenient option for anyone driving in. This car park offers hourly or daily rates and is managed by a company called Mainland. There is also council street parking available around the hotel, which is ideal for guests visiting for a short period of time.

5. We expect this event to be in high demand. If you register but are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event date. We usually have a waiting list of partners who would like to attend the event.
